I worked as the head writer for the blog at Career Group Companies for over three years. During this time, I was responsible for brainstorming, planning, writing, editing, and posting content curated by my teammates and myself. Content was typically based upon trends within the recruiting industry: interviewing, resumes, salary negotiation, etc. However, during the back half of my tenure I was able to take on more socially relevant content like salary and benefits trends.
